UK - Vago and Youngblood resign from ACP board
Derek Vago and Eric Youngblood have resigned from the board of ACP Mezzanine.
It has been reported that parent company ACP Capital had requested the removal of Vago and Youngblood, along with director Christophe Tanghe, from the board, though all three had initially refused to volunteer their resignations. Vago, Youngblood and Nikolaj Larsen were removed as directors of investment manager ACP Capital at an EGM in July, which had ultimately been called by QVT Fund LP and Quintessence Fund LP.
