FRANCE - 3i sells Transports Alloin to Kühne + Nagel
3i and the management have sold Transports Alloin to Swiss logistics company Kühne + Nagel.
3i took a 28.5% stake in the family owned company in 2006, with Jean-Louis Alloin retaining a 53% holding while the management held the remaining 18.5%. Since 3i invested, the turnover has grown by 50% to EUR 300m. .
