UK - Legal & General Ventures expands investment team

Legal & General Ventures is expanding its investment team with the appointment of Euan Oт€™Sullivan as an Associate. Oт€™Sullivan joins LGV from Close Brothers Corporate Finance where he advised on a number of company disposals as well as public company and private equity buy-side engagements. Transaction experience included the capital reorganisation of construction services business John Doyle Group, the IPO of restaurant chain Carluccioт€™s, and the disposals of gaming operator Thomas Holdings to Mayfair Gaming and family brewer George Gale & Co. to Fuller, Smith & Turner.
