UK - Octopus leads MBO of Audio Visual Machines
Octopus has undetaken the management buyout of Audio Visual Machines (AVM) from Parkmead Group Plc. Octopus financed the deal and will hold a minority equity share in the business.
AVM is a leading audio visual systems integrator and service provider. The company is based in London and in Kingston in Surrey. AVM works with some of the UK’s leading businesses including BP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Lloyds TSB as well as public sector bodies such as Surrey Police, Transport for London and Westminster City Council. The company’s project managers and engineers deliver everything from a simple projector installation through to a fully integrated video conferencing suite.
