PORTUGAL - The Riverside Company completes acquisition of ONI

ONI is the third largest fixed line services provider in the country, holding over 20% of the corporate and carriers market segments. ONI provides telecommunication services to a host of large corporations, holding 40% of the financial services and insurance sub-segments. ONI marks Riverside’s second acquisition of the year and the third transaction for the firm in the last four weeks throughout Europe.
