FRANCE – AXA PE backs merger of Charlois and Saury

AXA Private Equity has backed the merger of two French barrel businesses, Charlois Group and Saury Group. The deal will allow both businesses to retain their identities, while enabling them to extend their international environmental certifications across all their brands.
