FRANCE - UI Gestion backs F2A's secondary buyout

The acquirer, which invested in both equity and convertible bonds, sourced the deal through Sodica. LCL provided a two-tranche debt package representing less than 50% of the deal's value.

Founded in 1982, F2A generated sales of EUR 15m in 2006 and employs 126 staff.

The business also received support from Initiative et Finance in 1996.
