UK - Synova Capital acquires ClearWater Care
Mid-market investor Synova Capital has acquired specialist care provider Clearwater Care for an undisclosed sum.
Clearwater Care is a provider of specialist residential care facilities and supported living services for people with learning disabilities. The company operates 14 care homes, predominately situated in South East England.
Synova intends to support the company both organically and through acquisitions.
