
CEE – Syntaxis attracts EUR 50m from EBRD for fund
CEE mezzanine specialist Syntaxis Capital has attracted a commitment of up to EUR 50m from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for its second fund. Syntaxis Mezzanine Fund II L.P. is the successor fund to the GP's debut vehicle, which is now more than 80% invested across seven investments.
