SWITZERLAND - Vinci appoints partner

Paternot has been with Vinci for five years, prior to which he worked at the firm's former portfolio company Microchemical, where he was responsible for business development. He began his career in California with the company Hughes Space and Communication, where he was in charge of developing embedded software for telecommunication satellites.

In addition to this promotion, Christian Waldvogel is taking over the general management of Vinci Capital and is continuing his involvement in investor relations and new investments. Olivier Tavel is named chairman of Vinci Capital and will focus, among other things, on coaching RT2 portfolio companies.
