SWEDEN - Provider sells Ida Infront to AddNode
IT Provider funds have sold Ida Infront AB to AddNode for a cash sum of SEK 30m and a non cash issue of 1,200,000 serie B AddNode shares. Ida Infront focuses on the e-government sector supplying clients such as Försäkringskassan, Skatteverket and Rikspolisen with large-scale task management systems.
