FINLAND - FII makes three appointments
The government-owned investment company, Finnish Industry Investment (FII), has made three appointments.
Kati Ojaluoma also joins the fund investment team as investment manager. She has previously worked as portfolio manager with PensionDanmark and as an analyst for ATP Private Equity Partners.
Finally, Heli Kukko joins as investment manager for direct growth investments. Most recently she worked for Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, where she was director of technology. Prior to this Kukko worked in TeliaSonera.
FII invests the proceeds accrued from the privatisation of state-owned companies in promoting growth and internationalisation of Finnish businesses. The company provides capital for start-ups both directly and through venture funds.
