GERMANY - AXA Private Equity acquires HSE from insolvency
AXA Private Equity has acquired Home Shopping Europe, the operator of home shopping channel HSE 24, from insolvent parent company Arcandor group.
Home Shopping Europe has 500 employees and offers a 24-hour programme, which is recorded in studios in Ismaning near Munich, where the company is located. Via the channel, the company sells more than 22,000 different products from the categories beauty, wellness, Jewellery, home & living, household goods, fashion, sports, crafts, gardening, and home electronics.
