FRANCE - Crédit Agricole SA opts out of new Eurazeo shareholder pact
Crédit Agricole SA the second largest shareholder in Eurazeo with 16% of the capital and 22.3% of voting rights behind Société Civile Haussmann Percier and affiliates, which control 23.44% of the capital and 32.69% of voting rights, will not be a part of the new shareholder pact which commits to keeping current stakes till 2010.
