GERMANY - S-Refit sells DRONCO stake
S-Refit AG has sold its stake in abrasives company DRONCO AG to the wife of the firm's majority shareholder and CEO for an undisclosed sum.
DRONCO AG, based in Wunsiedel, produces abrasives and sells its products into 100 countries. The company employs a staff of 380. S-Refit invested in the company in 2000.
