UK - BOSIF completes £225m acquisition of Ainscough Crane Hire

Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance (BOSIF) has backed the ТЃ225m management buyout of Ainscough Crane Hire Ltd, the UK's market leader in crane hire. The deal, which represents an exit for the founding family owners, sees management take a majority stake in the business. News of the completion of an integrated finance deal in the UK today follows European Capital's acquisition of DEVGLASS, a French window manufacturer, through its hybrid debt and equity offering, also announced today. One-stop players appear to be unaffected by the credit squeeze being felt by the rest of the market.
