UK - BOSIF completes £225m acquisition of Ainscough Crane Hire
Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance (BOSIF) has backed the £225m management buyout of Ainscough Crane Hire Ltd, the UK's market leader in crane hire. The deal, which represents an exit for the founding family owners, sees management take a majority stake in the business. News of the completion of an integrated finance deal in the UK today follows European Capital's acquisition of DEVGLASS, a French window manufacturer, through its hybrid debt and equity offering, also announced today. One-stop players appear to be unaffected by the credit squeeze being felt by the rest of the market.
