UK - Rutland portfolio company divests division
Rutland Partners portfolio company Wolstenholme Group Ltd is to sell the business and certain assets its metallic effect pigment and metallic printing ink business (the Metallics Business) to Eckart GmbH and Co KG for ТЃ22m. The sale is conditional on clearance by the competition authorities in Germany and the UK.
