UK - LDC reaps 92% IRR from £73m sale of ATP
LDC has wholly exited its stake in travel management group ATP International Group in a ТЃ73m secondary buyout led by Barclays Private Equity, generating returns of 2.8x the capital invested and an IRR of 92.3%.
LDC acquired ATP in November 2006 and has grown the business significantly, with staff numbers rising by 23% to 900 over the course of the investment.
