
NETHERLANDS - IK exits Wehkamp
IK Investment Partners has sold Dutch online shopping site Wehkamp to a group of private investors for an undisclosed sum.
IK acquired Wehkamp, together with the credit management company Transfair, from UK retailer GUS Plc in January 2006. Wehkamp trades under the name wehkamp.nl and sells fashion, living and electronic products, recording more than 5 million visitors per month.
IK will retain a minority interest in the company.
