UK - Inflexion achieves 2x return from Ilchester Cheese sale

Inflexion Private Equity has sold Ilchester Cheese, a producer and exporter of fine quality speciality cheeses, to Norwegian milk co-operative Tine BA for an undisclosed sum, generating a money multiple in excess of 2x and an IRR in the mid twenties over the course of the investment.
