UK - Langholm acquires majority stake in Tyrrells Potato Chips
Langholm Capital has acquired crisp company Tyrrells Potato Chips.
Owner and founder of Tyrrells, Wil Chase has retained a significant stake in the business. The business saw sales of over £13m in the year ending March 2008. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
