GERMANY - DZ Equity Partner acquires aluminium and titanium specialist
DZ Equity Partner GmbH, together with company management, has acquired 100% of TITAL Titan-Aluminium-Feinguss GmbH. The value of the transaction, which was agreed on 1 April, is undisclosed. The vendors, a group of private investors, were advised by Hübner, Schlösser und Cie on the corporate finance side.
