ITALY/SPAIN - Investindustrial boosts investment team

Casari joins from Magnetar Capital, where he focused on fundamental credit investment. Before Magnetar, he spent a decade with investment bank Lehman Brothers in London and Milan, working in its M&A and leverage finance divisions.

This is Investindustrial's fourth appointment in the last nine months. Just last week the firm appointed Luca Destito to its investment team, while earlier this year it hired Marco Pierettori as its internal legal counsel and Carl Nauckhoff as head of investor relations. More appointments are expected over the coming months.
