UK - Duke Street Capital completes delisting of CI Traders

Duke Street Capital and Europa Capital, the European real estate fund manager, have completed the acquisition of CI Traders through Sandpiper, a newly incorporated Jersey-based company. Based on the offer price of 100p per share in cash, CI Traders has been acquired for an enterprise value of approximately ТЃ401m. The proposal for Sandpiper to take over CI Traders was accepted by more than 94% of the shares voting at the meeting to consider the offer.
