EUROPE - Osmosis appoints Agentius as fund adminstrator; bolsters team

Set up in 2008, Osmosis focuses on the development of low carbon investment solutions for institutional investors.

Since its launch, the firm has been building up its team. In May it made two appointments to the investment team: Former RBS project finance veteran Bill Morris; and Jim Totty, joining from Citi Alternative Investments.

In June, Paul Bramley joined as its Chief Financial Officer from Barclays Private Equity, and earlier this month Monica Pradhan was recruited as an investment manager. She was formerly head of private placements at Fairfax IS.
