FRANCE - AXA Private Equity sells Larivière to SIG

AXA Private Equity has sold roofing products business Larivière to UK-based company SIG, for around EUR 300m.

AXA had acquired the company in March 2005, defeating SIG among other bidders in the final stages of a Rothschild-run auction.

Larivière's turnover increased from EUR 290m in 2004 to EUR 340m expected in the year to the end of June 2007, while EBITDA is now EUR 23m.

Sponsor acquired the public software group in July 2017 via the same-year vintage Partners Group Global Value 2017

Several investors placed bids for the company in 2022 but mismatch in pricing didn't lead to a deal
