NETHERLANDS - Holland Venture launches EUR 70m fund

The vehicle will focus on development capital and buyout transactions for Dutch SMEs with a turnover of up to EUR 60m. It will acquire majority stakes or minority stakes with control rights and invest equity of between €3-13m.

The team, with seven investment professionals, has extensive experience in the Dutch private equity market, both as entrepreneurs and as private equity managers.

This new sponsorship enables Natixis Private Equity to reinforce its international presence and to go further in its strategy abroad by entering a new attractive market.
