UK - Sloan moves from Maclay Murray & Spens to Latham & Watkins

Sloan has spent the last 15 years at Maclay Murray & Spens and is a recognised figure in the industry. He is expected to join Latham & Watkins at the beginning of May as part of the firm's increasing emphasis on European private equity.
