ITALY - AXA Private Equity acquires hydraulics company
Axa Private Equity has backed the management buyout of hydraulics group Idroma.
The investment by AXA will support the internationalisation of the company, an increase in its offering and the growth along external lines. The group has a reported turnover of EUR 40m. It was founded in 1952 and operates in two areas: the production of automatisation systems and the production of cylinders and valves and hydraulic accessories.
