ITALY - Camozzi Bonissoni loses another lawyer
The latest member of staff to leave law firm Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti e Associati is Francesca Renzulli.
Renzulli's departure follows that of private equity expert Francesco Cartolano , who has also left the firm recently. Tax-focused firm Camozzi Bonissoni has added the Varrenti & Associati suffix in January this year, when it merged the 100-strong workforce of Camozzi with the 50 fee earners of corporate finance boutique Varrenti. The combined firm, which has offices in Milan, Rome and Bologna, focuses on tax, corporate and securities work, private equity and public utilities.
