
FRANCE - Bryan, Garnier & Co appoints director of structured products
Independent investement bank Bryan, Garnier & Co has appointed Henri-Pierre Jeancard as a director in charge of structured products origination, in the Paris office.
He joined Calyon in 1996 in structured finance, managing both domestic and international financings for over four years. He then started to work in equity capital markets as a transaction specialist and later became head of execution for all equity and equity-linked transactions. In his latest experience, at Oddo Corporate Finance, Jeancard originated and executed numerous advisory and capital markets mandates with French mid-caps companies.
