FRANCE - Bryan, Garnier & Co appoints director of structured products

Jeancard has focused on structured corporate finance and capital markets transactions for over ten years, after beginning his career as an M&A Analyst for Schroder SalomonSmithBarney.

He joined Calyon in 1996 in structured finance, managing both domestic and international financings for over four years. He then started to work in equity capital markets as a transaction specialist and later became head of execution for all equity and equity-linked transactions. In his latest experience, at Oddo Corporate Finance, Jeancard originated and executed numerous advisory and capital markets mandates with French mid-caps companies.
