GERMANY - Demag Cranes lists following adjusted bookbuilding

Demag Cranes AG, one of the companies contained within the Demag portfolio in which KKR acquired a majority stake from Siemens in 2002, has listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange. The company floated approximately 50% of its capital stock at an opening price of EUR 22.30. KKR and Siemens have raised a total of EUR 271m with the flotation.
