SPAIN - N+1 closes third fund on EUR 500m
N+1 has closed its third vehicle with subscriptions worth EUR 500m after only a four month fundraising period.
The fund had initially set its target at EUR 250m however interest in the fund meant that some commitments had to be scaled down to allow for others to be made. The fund will focus on buyouts in the higher end of the Iberian mid-market.
