
ITALY - Pedersoli appoints new partner
Law firm Pedersoli e Associati has appointed Paolo Marsigli as a new junior partner.
Marsigli has extensive experience in the areas of M&A, equity capital markets, and private equity. Until 2004 he worked at Lehman Brothers, where was in charge of the legal and compliance unit for Italy. He has also previously worked at Merrill Lynch as head of the European Control Group, which manages conflicts of interest from a legal perspective.
With this appointment the number of junior partners at the law firm reaches four.
