NL- TNT completes sale of logistics division to Apollo Management
Dutch express delivery company TNT has completed the sale of its logistics division to Apollo Management. The total value of the transaction is EUR 1.48bn on a cash and debt free basis, of which EUR 15m has been received in the form of a 5% equity stake in the new company.
