
UK – ISIS leads £11m BIMBO of Nexus
ISIS Equity Partners has led an £11m buy-in/management buy-out of vehicle rental specialist Nexus Vehicle Management.
Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets provided senior debt for the deal, which was done through ISIS ’s Baronsmead VCTs. Leeds-based Nexus was founded in 1999 and saw its revenues double between 2006 and 2007.
