SPAIN – Arques Industrie exits from chemical manufacturer
Arques Industries AG has sold its stake in chemical manufacturer Oxiris Chemicals to Ludwingshafener Raschig Gruppe in a deal valued at approximately EUR 10.5m.
The Barcelona and Germany-based company specialises in the production of antioxidants used to protect materials against negative influences such as oxidation, embrittlement, gumming or changes in colour or smell (becoming rancid). These are marketed under the Ionol brand.
