NL- ABP to increase allocation to private equity

Short term thinking and increasing regulations have been mentioned as reasons which make the private market a more attractive alternative than its public counterpart.

No precise percentages or figures have been mentioned, but it is understood that ABP will present its new strategic investment policy by the end of the year. AlpInvest Partners is the exclusive manager of the private equity interests of ABP.
