ITALY - Investindustrial recapitalises Ducati
Investindustrial has recapitalised its investment in Ducati in a move allowing a return of over 100% for investors.
Ducati’s sales rose to EUR 235.7m in H1 2007, a 40% increase on 2006, whilst it registered an EBITDA of EUR 38.9m in the same period, a 71% increase. The recapitalisation will be financed with a term loan from Banco Popolare, who partnered Investindustrial for the successful investment in Gardaland in 2005.
