
UK - Global Infrastructure appoints Joseph Blum as partner
Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) has appointed Joseph Blum as a partner and general counsel, based at the company’s London office. Blum will join GIP on 1 July 2007. He has extensive experience in representing sponsors and financial institutions in all aspects of cross-border project development and financings, as well as joint ventures and privatisations. Blum joins from Latham & Watkins, where he has been for 21 years. At Latham & Watkins he was a partner and head of the London office’s Project Development and Finance Group.
