Debevoise promotes Arthur Stewart

Stewart joined the London office of Debevoise in May 2000, following six years working for Ashurst. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of transactions for UK and international corporations, financial institutions and major investment banks including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements, securities offerings and corporate restructurings.

His experience has covered a range of industry sectors including private equity, finance, insurance, telecommunications, technology, oil and gas, industrial and healthcare, and has included secondments to major clients in the investment banking, insurance and technology sectors.
