
SWITZERLAND - Capvis to acquire KVT from Kloeckner for EUR 325m
Capvis has agreed to acquire industrial supplier Koenig Verbindungstechnik from steel and metals distributor Kloeckner & Co for EUR 325m.
Dietikon-headquartered KVT has a workforce of about 300 people and generated post-tax profits of around EUR 20m on sales of about EUR 120m in the 2007 fiscal year. The company produces fastening systems, sealing plugs, self-clinching fasteners, riveting system nuts, and high-pressure fasteners used in automotive technology for hydraulic applications.
