SWEDEN – CapMan exits Spintop Netsolutions

CapMan Technology has sold its stake in Spintop Netsolutions, a Swedish IT company, to Atea Sverige AB.

Spintop delivers products and services which streamline a client’s IT infrastructure management. It was founded in 2003 and is located in Stockholm.

CapMan Technology originally invested an undisclosed sum in the company in 2006 for a 30% stake.

Sponsor acquired the public software group in July 2017 via the same-year vintage Partners Group Global Value 2017

Several investors placed bids for the company in 2022 but mismatch in pricing didn't lead to a deal
