
Kirkland & Ellis has two new partners
Kirkland & Ellis International has expanded its European antitrust and competition practice group by adding partners Shaun Goodman and Sarah Jordan to its London office.
Goodman has 15 years of experience advising on European and UK competition law. Recently, he advised Lafarge on its announced $2.8bn joint venture with Anglo American to create a UK construction material company.
Jordan’s experience covers European and UK competition law. She recently acted for United Airlines on its $3.2bn merger with Continental Airlines.
