FRANCE - Serena Capital purchases 30% of Selectron
Serena Capital has completed its first LBO deal with the acquisition of a 30% stake of Selectron, a company focused on train applications, from Schneider Electric.
The deal values the company at around EUR 60m and was financed with 60% of debt provided by CIC and UBS.
Selectron provides PLC systems for train applications and train communication network solutions, including PLC system modules, train communication systems and solid state relays. The company has 60 employees.
