ITALY - Credem acquires graphic sector player

The management has been reappointed with Savio Sangiorgi as chairman and Gian Carlo Ricci Petitoni as managing director. Former managing director Maurizio Espositio has been appointed vice-chairman.

The company, founded in 1816, specialises in providing services covering the entire printing cycle. In 2007 the company reported a turnover of EUR 15m with an EBITDA margin in excess of 20%. The business projects a 10% turnover increase in 2008.
