ITALY - Francesco Cartolano leaves Camozzi Bonissoni
Francesco Cartolano has left law firm Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti e Associati after eight years of service.
A private equity and M&A specialist, Cartolano was promoted to private equity partner at the firm in 2000 and has handled more than 30 deals since, including those led by buyout houses Aksia and Quadrivio. Rumour has it that Cartolano is likely to remain in the private equity sector and prominent local firms are reported to be interested in hiring him. This is the second noteworthy departure from Camozzi Bonissoni, which saw Claudia Parzani leaving this year to join Linklaters as a Capital Markets partner.
