SPAIN - Pontia Capital sells stake in Nobeltours
It is understood that private equity firm Pontia Capital has sold its 50% stake in tour operator Nobeltur back to its founders, the Peregrín Brothers.
Founded in 1984, Madrid-based tour operator Nobeltours, specialises in major trips to Africa, America, Asia and Oceania through travel agents throughout Spain and Portugal.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
