UK - Beringea acquires Donatantonio

Based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, Donatantonio is an importer and distributor of Mediterranean and other food products in the UK. Besides being a major ingredients supplier into the food manufacturing industry, the company also handles brands like Lupa, Londina and Casalinga and their product portfolio contains over 1000 products. The family-owned business, which was formerly quoted on the London Stock Exchange and taken private in 2004, was founded in 1902 by Luigi Donatantonio.
