
UK - Wragge launches PE funds team
Wragge & Co LLP has launched a private equity funds team with the appointment of funds expert Felicity Cole. Felicity joins Wragge & Co from Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda where she headed the Cayman Islands practice. She will work with private equity, financing and tax colleagues as part of a new private equity funds practice.

Felicity is an experienced funds lawyer whose arrival boosts the firm’s funds capability. During her 15-year career she has worked at Linklaters and Conyers Dill, advising on a wide range of fund products including hedge funds, property funds and retail funds, as well as private equity funds. Felicity has acted for private equity and venture capital groups in the US, Europe and Asia.
This work included setting up private equity funds and structuring funds for hedge fund managers to include private equity in their investment strategies. Clients included Schroders Private Equity Services and a major Israeli private equity group. She also has considerable experience of working with offshore jurisdictions - the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the Channel Islands, and low-tax jurisdictions - Luxembourg and Dublin. Felicity joins as an associate and will be based in the London office.
